Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in our products and services. We value your business and are committed to providing you with unique, high-quality offerings. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations concerning any purchases made through us. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the sales page or during a consultation call, these terms apply to all transactions.

Membership Products or Services

  • Cancellation Process:
    Members can cancel their membership at any time by submitting a request via email or by telephone. For a cancellation request to be valid, you must receive a confirmation email from us within two business days of submission. Retain this confirmation as proof of cancellation.
  • Refunds for Membership Services:

    Refunds are limited to unused portions of the current billing cycle at the time of cancellation.

    If you received a physical product as part of your membership, refunds are contingent upon the return of the most recent product in new and unused condition within 45 days of the transaction.

    Refund requests for digital or website-based services are non-refundable beyond 15 days from the date of cancellation.

Standard Products and Services (Non-Membership)

  • Digital Products:
    One-time purchase digital products are subject to a 30-day review period starting from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the sales page. Refunds are granted only if the refund request is submitted within this period.
  • Physical Products:
    One-time purchase physical products are subject to a 60-day review period starting from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated on the sales page. Returns must be authorized in advance by requesting a Return Authorization (RA) via email at [email protected].
  • Return Conditions:
    Products must be returned in factory-sealed, unused condition with all original packaging and materials intact.

    Return shipments must be made at the customer’s expense. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

    Returns of products without prior authorization will not be processed.
  • Restocking Fees:

    A 30% restocking fee applies if:

    The product shows visible signs of use or wear.
    Any protective plastic or seals have been removed.
    The product is returned between 2 and 15 days after the required return date.
  • Refund Denial:

    Refunds may be refused if:

    The product is broken, damaged, or missing essential parts.
    The return is made more than 15 days after the required return date.

Coaching Programs

Coaching programs are not considered memberships. These programs include services such as group coaching, one-on-one coaching, weekly or monthly sessions, and workshops. They are distinct from any membership products or services.

All coaching programs are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the sales written copy or during the consultation call. This policy ensures clarity and consistency regarding the terms of coaching services.

Fraud Prevention and Abuse Policy

To ensure fairness, we monitor all refund requests for abuse or fraudulent activity. Repeat offenders or those making baseless refund claims may be denied future access to our services.

Refund policies apply exclusively to purchases made directly through our official channels. Purchases made through third-party sellers are not eligible for refunds through us.
